12 oz solid white albacore tuna in water
1 tbsp olive oil
4 large egg whites
1 cup dandelion, chopped
Instructions

2. While eggs are coming to a boil, chop dandelion and mix the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
3. Once eggs are done, peel the eggs and separate the whites, then mix in with the rest of the salad.
