Meanwhile, salt and pepper steak circles, to taste. Place 1 cup all-purpose flour in a Ziploc bag. Place seasoned minute steak circles, about 4 at a time in the bag, and shake to coat. Use tongs to move each flour-coated steak circle into hot oil in skillet. Repeat, until all 12 steak circles are in the skillet. Fry each steak circle until brown on the bottom side and cooked halfway through. Then turn each steak circle, repeating with the other side. Remove to a platter lined with paper toweling to drain. Now, assemble sandwiches. On a cutting board, open slider bun. Place about 1 tablespoon Horseradish Sour Cream Sauce on bottom half of bun. Place a fried steak circle on top of the dressing. Next, place circle of Swiss cheese, followed by 2 half-slices crisp bacon, a slice of yellow tomato, and desired salad greens. Put other half of slider bun on top. Assemble remaining sandwiches in the same way, until you have 12 BLT Minute Steak Sliders. Serve immediately. YUM! I hope you enjoy this recipe!
