Kale is an excellent source of calcium, which has an important role in egg maturation and follicle development in the ovaries. Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup ice
1 banana, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 1/2 cups kale, stems removed, roughly chopped
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon artificial sweetner, optional

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth, about 1 full minute. Add a little water if you need to loosen it up.
