Ingredients

2 crosswise slices (about 1/2 in. thick) peeled, cored pineapple
1/4 to 1/3 cup blueberries, rinsed and drained
3 to 4 baby kiwi fruit
2 tablespoons orange-flavor liqueur, such as Cointreau (or orange juice sweetened with honey)
1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

Place pineapple slices on plate; scatter with blueberries. Rinse, drain, and trim ends from baby kiwi fruit. Cut in half; arrange on pineapple. Drizzle with liqueur and lemon juice.
