Ingredients

6 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. mixed, salted nuts

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Beat in flour.
Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch round cake pan and press it into an even layer. Press the nuts over the top.
Bake 24 to 27 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into 16 wedges, then cool in the pan.
