Chia seeds are made up of 60% Omega-3 fatty acids and are the highest source of protein out of any type of seed.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 tbsps peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsps maple syrup

Instructions

1. In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk until combined.

2. Refrigerate at least 2-3 hours or preferably overnight. Stir a few times during the first 30 minutes to avoid clumps.

3. Top with mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate or fresh fruits, if desired. Serve.
