Pineapples are loaded with vitamins and minerals including vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, phosphorus, and potassium.
Ingredients
2 c. frozen pineapple chunks
1 banana, peeled and sliced (frozen)
3/4 c. coconut milk
1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Pulse all ingredients in a blender until combined.
Pour into a loaf pan and leave in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or overnight. Scoop and serve immediately.
