Ingredients

4 avocados, pitted
Juice of 1 lime
1 clove garlic, minced
kosher salt
1 tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
Buffalo sauce, for drizzling

Instructions

In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice and garlic and season with salt. Stir in blue cheese and drizzle with buffalo sauce.
