Health and fertility benefits of Creamed Beef Florentine

Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

1 cup whipped heavy cream
1 tbsp pepper
2 tbsps chopped onion
2 cups whole leaf spinach
1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Brown burger with finely minced onion, taking care to break burger into fine bits as you brown (avoid large clumps of beef.)

2. When done, remove burger from skillet to a bowl and set aside.

3. Lower heat to simmer and pour in heavy cream and stir until cream begins to reduce.

4. Add ground black pepper and stir.

5. Add well drained spinach and stir gently until hot and the cream is getting a bit thick.

6. Add burger meat back into skillet gently and mix well with sauce.

7. Spoon into shallow bowls and top with salt to taste and lots and lots of parmesan or romano cheeses.

8. Note: it's quite delicious, but admittedly a bit odd looking.
